The latest snapshot is available for download:

This snapshot fixes some behavior that I found in propview.php that
wasn't scrolling to the next page, adds a limiting search function via a
checkbox in browse.php for property features, and also adds some
friendly url behavior via a new .htaccess file, adding the variable
$friendlyurl in common.php and modifying includes/func.php and content
featured.
