$imageloc should be the directory name. $imageloc gets appended to the
$install_path variable. 

What do you get when you upload images? Are there images in the folders?
Are you using the latest FR download? (I uploaded 2.9-0.4 today minor
fixes to admin.php)

Is there a public page we can see?
