[Freerealty] Bug if you use logview and install.php

A minor bug occurs if you are using admin/logview.php to check the logs
and used the automated install. There is one line of code missing from
install.php that writes the contents of $log_level['view'] to common.php.
It only prevents you from logging in and viewing the logs, they should
still be created. The quick fix is to set $log_level['view'] = "0";
//1,2,3 where 0 is none, 1 = admin, 2 = auth_users (the array must be
filled out), 3 = agents.
The next bug release will have this fixed.
