[Freerealty] Release 2.9 is officially available

Only minor changes to the files... I haven't touched the actual db in a
while and the last time I did I put stuff in that isn't being used ie.
height and width columns in tbl_Files.
I just dropped the demo into place and connected to the database that I
have been using for a while (the beta db), so unless you see something
"funky" in the demo that I haven't caught it's good to go.
