[Freerealty] Release 2.9 is officially available

Hey Patrick,

Were any changes made to the actual database between 2.9 Pre 3 and the
official 2.9?  I'm setting up a new site for a customer and just installed
the 2.9 Pre 3 and was hoping to simply replace the files with the latest
official version.
