I upgraded the bulletin board to punbb 1.2.
In case you were unaware you can use rss feeds of new items by 
subscribing to: http://bb.rwcinc.net/extern.php?action=new&type=rss
You can also just read new items by including 
http://ww.rwcinc.net/extern.php?action=new
