Happy New Year fellow FR users!

Work is ongoing toward the next release numbered 2.9.

Snapshot is online for download and testing. The snapshot code bundle is 
here:

This code is online for playing and testing at 
http://freerealty.rwcinc.net/alpha

It was installed using the current beta database and running the 
/install.php script to create the common.php file. You can find doxygen 
documentation at http://freerealty.rwcinc.net/alpha/doc/html and basic 
docbook documentation at: 
http://freerealty.rwcinc.net/alpha/doc/docbook/freerealty.html

PS- a potential server upgrade is in consideration. The old machine has 
served me well, but just can't quite handle everything I've loaded on it 
over the past few months. Hopefully I can make this move without too 
much time offline- well less than it has been lately ;). I'll keep 
anyone who cares up to date on the move.
