By moving to a db that uses triggers? ;)
Actually, this can be done in several ways. I'm not entirely sure how 
you would log *all* changes, but a field that indicates last update 
timestamp/user, a separate table that tracks fields changed, date, user 
(which is where the triggers would come in handy) Of course this would 
have to be something totally configurable either by placing it in the 
common.php file(which is probably where it will end up) or by adding a 
field to the db... have to think on that part of it.

So a field like: "Homes with similar floor plans"? Not too hard to do I 
think.

Hmm... this might be a little more difficult actually... a couple of 
fields- the same street number/name something along those lines.
