OK, just something else you can throw on the "To-Do" list.

-Change Logging: Some sort of logging features for when agents/admins make
changes to listings. This would've helped me today (had the boss ask when a
price was changed on a listing, and it happened like two months ago). Don't
know the best way of doing this, but just thought I'd throw it out there.

-Similar Homes: I don't know how useful this might be to everybody else, but
since we rent homes, many of them have the same floor plan, and folks might
like a floorplan of a particular home, but it's booked, so they might like a
different home that shares the floor plan. I'd like to be able to, on the
admin.php page for a particular listing, just put in a few MLS numbers or
select them from a drop down (like three?) and be able to feature them on
the home's listing on propview.php.

-Nearby Homes: Along the same lines, nearby homes, as we have renters (and
I'm sure there are buyers that like this) that like certain areas of our
resort area, or need more than one home on the same block.

(this, in addition to my price-range field from before ... Maybe one of
these days I'll be able to help out more with the coding of this :-).

Just something else to think about :-)
