[Freerealty] Upsoming feature(s)

OK, I came upon an idea that will probably be more applicable to my use, but
I don't even know if it's remotely possible. I use the software for a
vacation rental site (www.sunrayinc.com). Most of our homeowners have a
static nightly rates that we just offer discounts on, but some of our
homeowners have a range of rates they'll take for their home. So a homeowner
might be $210/night during the busy season, but $175 during off season.
Currently, I can only put one price in the price field, and have been
putting in the higher rate, to cover our butt. I would like to be able to
put in the range so that when people search by price, it will show up as a
result on searches between that range, as well as if it were a static price.

Just a thought, and if it's possible, dandy, as that'll make it far easier
to use this software on another site I'm going to be building soon (and this
time, I'll actually be using the agent features).

Hey all,
Recently in working with a live site I discovered something interesting.
When an agent who had listings leaves the firm, the listings remain.
While there is nothing wrong with listings remaining on a site, there
are queries that cause the listing to never be shown. Right now, a
listing without an agent still cycles through the featured code but
clicking on the image results in a failed query. ie you can never view
the listing if the query doesn't find an agent since it is a joined
query. For now, one 'fix' that I am working on involves a warning of
sorts at the top of the admin/admin.php page which gives a link to the
listing that needs to be fixed. Additional options would be to email the
broker for an office, but that would require some other additional
work and may not always be the best solution (eg. when there isn't an
'office' or broker as in fsbo sites)

Check out the listing by logging in here:

Don't worry about messing this listing up- I have the db updated every
20 minutes to add the 'offending' listing back in...

Other ideas? I'm open... let the list crank back to life ;)

original code that we forked from.
