[Freerealty] difference between F.R. and O.R.

Hello,

I just joined this list and wanted to see if I could find out about the
difference(s) between F.R. and O.R.  I've done a lot of work tweaking the
O.R. code, but a new project has me looking for some fresh code.

It looks like F.R. branched off of O.R. - is that correct?  What was the
reason for that, and what can be expected from the F.R. project?  The O.R.
project seemed to be just one person who didn't develop it very often.  I'd
be interested in contributing code to a project that is active and could
eventually rival InteractiveTools product browser.
