[Freerealty] State of the Free Realty project

Hello all,

I must have done something right with the most recent release, if one 
can believe the download numbers. Adding the thumbnail creation tools in 
ImageMagick and NetPBM is something that has been on the table for some 
time and now that part is complete. Beginning work on comprehensive 
documentation is next on the agenda. While this might take some time, I 
believe that it will increase the value of the project. Of course this 
may take some time to do correctly.

A suggestion was made regarding skins for the overall look and to add 
usability for real estate agents as end users. While we do profess that 
this is easy enough for even a real estate agent, I am beginning to 
think that is either overstated (since many could probably not set this 
up) or a project goal should be easy enough for a realtor to set up. 
Right now, it is more like 'easy enough for a realtor once the in house 
or outsourced IT person installs and configures it'
