[Freerealty] New release.

Due to some work done over the last couple of days, I am pleased to 
announce that Free Realty 2.8.3 is available to download from 
http://www.rwcinc.net/freerealty . The new code allows use of NetPBM, 
ImageMagick and gd toolkits for thumbnail creation. The 
admin/convert.php script can be used to convert an older site (not using 
thumbnails yet) to pull all images from the db and create new thumbnails 
using any one of the three of these toolkits. It could also be used to 
blow away all the existing thumbs and start over using a different toolkit.
These are the major changes in this release.
